#Harlem #teamtoronto Harlem Rapper Bigga Threat Shot; Another Man Killed In Bicycle Drive-By Shooting
A rising Harlem rapper affiliated with Max B. was shot and wounded and another man was killed in a bicycle drive-by shooting in Harlem earlier today (July 6th).The New York Daily News reports that rapper Bigga Threat, who has recorded with artists like Max B., French Montana, Dame Grease, and others, was one of two men shot by a gunman who pedaled up on a bicycle on E. 128th St. and opened fire.Another man named Laquan Parks was shot in the head and killed instantly during the ambush, which took place a little after noon.Bigga Threat was shot in the right thigh and taken to Harlem Hospital Center, where he is being treated for his wounds.According to the New York Daily News, Parks' body was left outside for hours, as police chased the scene and searched for suspects in the deadly shooting."I know he'll be okay, but I don't know if he'll be okay mentally after this," the rapper's brother, Mike Edwards, told the Daily News.Last year, Bigga Threat released several diss records aimed at Dipset affiliated rappers Jim Jones and Hell Rell.

We'll go ahead and call this one a gem taken from the time capsule, because the New York City fresh gravel grit the junction of AZ and Cormega drop is nothing short of that mid-90s borough Mafioso sound that has diffused as the progressive youth of the game continue to push forward an evolution of what some are already treating as an ancient sound.I haven't dug up anything on the origin of this one--it might be from the joint album the duo had chatted out about until it closed down in December of 2009--but this late night baby grand drawn track has that ghetto crime chronicle tone to it, and is about as much as you could expect from a prime New York City street narrative.There's no word from either of the emcees on if this track's alluding to further collabs, so now we'll dig on it while hoping that there's more to come.Give "Murda On The Daily" a listen, throw up your thoughts, and hit the jump to download.Hulkshare.com AZ-Murda_On_The_Daily_f_Cormega-2dope.mp3http://1000gramz.blogspot.com/?m=1

Well THIS would be an interesting turn of events. HOWEVER…I’m quite skeptical considering the Wave Gang camp are always claiming some type of appeal or change in Max’s case that never happen to actually come true. So until I see some real movement on this one, I’m not going to hold my breath. Nonetheless, famed producer Dame Grease, who had a very close working relationship with Max before he went to prison, took to his Twitter to say something about the G-Unit general and Max. Sony PS3 hacker George 'GeoHot' Hotz 'works for Facebook
Just when you thought the massive hacker stories were over for the evening, another twist comes in: Hacker George ‘GeoHot’ Hotz, who recently settled a lawsuit with Sony for publishing a PlayStation 3 crack online, now works for Facebook, according to various sources. His exact position with the company is unclear, but he may be on a the development team tasked wit building the social network’s rumored new iPad app.The rumor of Hotz’s break into “legitimate” product development comes first from jailbreak hacker Joshua Hill (aka p0isixNinja), who said in a recent interview that Hotz had made the move. Hill reportedly challenged Hotz to a iPad 2 jailbreak duel. (Both hackers come from an iOS-cracking background.) Hotz declined, saying that he wanted to remain out of the attention of the media after the debacle with Sony.Techmeme, said that he noticed on Hotz’s Facebook page a message that reads, “Facebook is really an amazing place to work…first hackathon over.” Hotz reportedly published that post on June 17, but he is said to have worked at Facebook since May.Hotz has become somewhat of a symbol for the hacking community. Hacktivist group Anonymous launched a distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack on Sony in April as retribution for suing Hotz. Coincidentally or not, the DDoS onslaught came at the same time as a monstrous breach of Sony’s PlayStation Network put the personal data of as much as 100 million people worldwide at risk.Those hacks became the preface to an ongoing campaign by Lulz Security, who hacked Sony in a variety of ways. The group later went on to attack everyone from PBS to the CIA. By chance, LulzSec announced tonight that it was disbanding, and would never perform another cyberattack under the LulzSec pirate flag again. After being arrested last November and being held in a jail, VladTV is reporting that the infamous Kat Stacks has allegedly been deported to her home country of Venenzuela.Her last immigration hearing was held on June 21, 2011 and the judge ordered removal/deportation. Just as I’m giving her new album a listen one, of the bonus tracks from the deluxe edition of Beyoncé‘s latest LP 4 hits the web. The whole album feels very influenced of another time, at least in its production and songwriting if not vocally, and the ’80s influence [undoubtably, Prince] of “Schoolin’ Life,” written and produced by The-Dream with synths and kicks aplenty, is no exception.Beyoncé – “Schoolin’ Life”:“Mum and Dad tried to hide the world, said the world’s just too big for a little girl… Eyes wide open can’t you see – I had my first heels by the age of 13.”“Schoolin’ Life” is available on the deluxe edition of B’s new album 4, exclusively from Target on June 28.

Rondo’s Hyperfuse 2011 PE

While a million dudes wore the shoes across the NBA and every other level of hoops this past year, there’s always one player that comes to mind when I think of the Hyperfuse. That man is Rajon Rondo.Rondo’s PE Hyperfuse has been so distinctive over the last year, that in my mind at least, he’s the unofficial ambassador of the sneaker.
